Can I register my project for the Project Exhibition?
No, the exhibition will feature a selection of Chips JU projects that have demonstrated the highest impact. We are not accepting additional project registrations at this time.
Is there accommodation available near the event venue?

Can I attend only part of the event?
Yes, you can choose to attend specific sessions or days. However, full registration is still required.
What should I bring with me to the event?
Please bring a copy of your registration confirmation (printed or digital) and a valid ID card or Passport.

What are the dimensions of the poster stand provided for each project?
Each project will be provided a stand for displaying one A0 poster, which measures 841 x 1189 mm.
Can I ship my poster and materials to the venue ahead of time?
You can either bring your poster with you on the day of the event, or you may also ship it, along with other materials, e.g., projects flyers or magazines, to the event venue. Deliveries will be accepted starting November 28, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
What should I include on my shipping label?
Will electricity be provided at the booth?
Yes, electrical connection will be available at each booth
Will there be any AV equipment provided at the poster stand?
No, there will be no screens or additional AV equipment. However, electrical connection will be provided.
What furnishings are included with the poster stand?
Each poster stand includes one high table and two chairs, providing a comfortable space for engaging with visitors.
Can I use a different poster size than A0 for my display?
No, each project is required to use the A0 size for their poster. Please adhere to this specification for display purposes.
Is there a specific template for the project poster?
Yes, a project poster template will be provided soon. Please use this template to create your poster.
